Christopher L. Pettit Jr., 23, of Gibbstown, passed away November 15, 2008. He is the beloved son of Christopher L. Sr., and Traci (nee Velykis), adoring brother of Kimberli and Taylor, loving grandson of James and Carolyn Velykis, Gibbstown, Ann Pettit, Logan Twp., caring nephew to Kelli Asay, Billy and Trisha Damask, Skip and Ann Pettit and Luanne Cagle. Cousin to Stefanie and Melissa Buckley, Billy and Matthew Damask, Shondelyn Pettit and Mike and Kelly Cagle. Predeceased by his paternal grandfather Louis C. Pettit Sr. and uncle Mike Cagle. Also survived by many, many friends and extended families. Anyone that knew Chris knew he loved to hunt, fish, play hockey, play horseshoes in the backyard and hang out with his friends. He had numerous friends, but one special friend in particular, VEGAS, his dog, who he loved spending time with. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday 5-9PM and Friday 8-10AM at the St. Michael’s Church, Memorial Ave., Gibbstown; followed by a funeral mass at 10:30AM. Interment Eglington Cemetery.
